Travel

Lash + Brow and Lash Extension services are held at Beauty by Jensen studio.

Beauty by Jensen is available to travel for makeup services including Special Occasion, Bridal and Makeup Lessons. When booking make a note of your preferred getting ready location; travel fees may apply. 

5 kms are included free of charge for each journey to and from Beauty by Jensen’s studio. Additional kms are charged at .75 c per km. This applies to trials and the wedding day.

Any additional charges such as parking or tolls are to be paid by the client.

Payment and Cancellations

Payment is due on the day of completion for services via cash or bank transfer. Electronic payments that do not clear before the booking date will not be accepted as payment. Bank transfer can be sent to: Beauty by Jensen, account number 02-0192-0521600-000. Please include name for reference

For Makeup and Bridal services a 20% non refundable deposit is required, which is deducted from the total cost of the booking. Once the deposit is received the booking will confirmed. 

Cancellations for Lash + Brow and Lash Extensions services can be made 24hours prior to service.

Cancellations for Makeup and Bridal services within 6 weeks of the service date, the deposit and balance paid will be kept as a cancellation fee. If a Makeup or Bridal service is cancelled prior to 6 weeks of the service date the balance will be refunded other than the non-refundable deposit.

Timing

Adherence to booking times is critical in ensuring that Beauty by Jensen delivers the service you expect and will be strictly adhered to.

A late fee of $20.00 will be charged for every 15 minutes of delay when a client is late for the scheduled time or if the scheduled service exceeds allotted time because of client delays.

Liability

All brushes, tools, products and workspace are kept sanitary and are sanitized between every client.

The client shall inform the artist of any issues that may affect the use of any equipment or products; this includes but is not limited to sensitivities, allergies and medical conditions. The makeup artist cannot be held liable for any losses that are incurred due to the Client’s failure to inform them of any know or unknown condition.

Photographs, Websites and Social Media

Beauty by Jensen may ask to take photos of your finished look on the day of the service. Beauty by Jensen will ask for your consent to do so.

Any photos you provide consent for Beauty by Jensen to take may be featured on Beauty by Jensen website or social media platforms. Please advise if you do not wish for your photos to be featured.

Beauty by Jensen may contact you after your wedding and ask if you have any photos you would be happy to feature on their website or social media pages.

Refunds

Due to the time, product and other expenses used to provide a service, no refunds will be given for any reason on services or products.
